Don't seem very indie to me either. I suppose by definition they are, but still. I wonder if Sony lists Nippon Ichi; Compile Heart & Falcom as "indie" PS4 devs.

That's interesting, though it seems a little fluffy at this point.

Still, it's a segment in Japan that is far behind the West. Going forward, even slowly, is an improvement.

Though, yeah, a lot of these seem to be pushing the boundaries of "indie" and are more like "smaller companies that often contract to make games for bigger publishers".
