He doesn't have an internet connection, I'd appreciate more than online/offline factors and such.

If GT6 is the better game in every single aspect and it's 30$, if you say so then it is case closed.

@wagnerpaiva. I really hope you're joking.

He isn't, he is probably interpreting the image in the wrong way and don't have the slightest clue on your faith, even tough very few here have it.

Another pro of gt5 is the greater number of challenges and modes. And wouldn't say it got too many oval circuits.

Altough I liked gt6 more and found it funnier, more responsive and realistic, making it easier to drive.

If he goes with GT5 try to get at least the XL version (or Academy in EU) with come with all patches until Spec II.

GT5 online and DLCs will be removed this month... so the only option is GT6.

GT6 is a better game too in every single point and it is already below $30.

Even if he didn't play online some features are online related like the Seasonsl Events and Online Car dealership... so without the server you will loose some functionality.

GT5 without the patches is way behind GT6. Definitely not get the original release without internet.

GT6 misses out on some of the rally challenges and doesn't have the long endurance events. (GT6 upto half an hour, GT5 upto 24h challenges)
GT6 has all the DLC of GT5 plus another 7 new tracks and more cars. Faster loading, faster menus, improved driving physics, better night driving, more dynamic time/weather tracks.

Yep.
