Sony has a live bog separate from the PS Blog for GDC.

They recently posted that there will be several MGS4 updates on the PS Blog in the coming months.

 Also there is a slideshow feature on their flickr image page that displays a good deal of the PS Lounge during setup (like previously posted), and the lounge being used by journalists.

Echochrome looks so good. I can't wait to play it on my PSP.
