In the new inFAMOUS gameplay trailer released on Feb. 24 there was an easter egg at 0:09 into the video.  A link was displayed for EnjoyYourPower.com.  Follow the link and it will take you to something called inFAMOUS Paper Trail.  Here is what you can find on the website:

Exciting stuff!

Not sure, but I think Delsin has the power to take or mimic the power of other conduits. The powers of evil Deslin are very different than those of good Delsin. That is what I hear please don't hold it against me if I am wrong.

They really haven't said much to this point so its all speculation.  Taking the powers of other conduits is pretty cool though!

Why isn't germany in the country options? Do they matter?

One of the things I forgot to mention before is that if you register and give them your home address they will send you a kit in the mail. It is some sort of kit that will test to see if you are a conduit. I'm not exactly sure what this entails, but I'll share the details once I have it.
