I just want to add that this is an awesome game. I bought it on release night (around like 2 in the morning because the dashboard wasn't updating correctly) and played the hell out of it for a few weeks. I am excited for the sequel which may be an mmorpg on Xbox One called State of the World or something! Cheers!

Glad you liked it :D, I thought it'd be just a generic zombie survival game but after an hour it just opened up and blew me away

Squeezol's Fanclub Member? is that how it works?

Why can't I hold all these no gaemz?

Since it's almost the end of March, I'd like to ask what we're your thoughts on the games graphics, gameplay, story, and your score?
I'll post mine tomorrow morning

The graphics and physics leave a bit to be desired, but mechanically the game works. It's a smart balance between simulation, strategy, and action. It's a little on the short side, but the game can be experienced in so many unique ways it doesn't really matter. There are definitely some good ideas at work here that, if developed properly, could produce an all-time great game. As for now, State of Decay is a solid, if unspectacular, ride through the zombie apocalypse.

My score: 7.5/10.

Graphics: The graphics are good but also aren't impressive, there is no unique art style to the game so I'm judging it off texture quality and such.
Gameplay: The gameplay is most likely the best part with it's system of managing resources and relocation, but can be improved through direct interaction with stations example being the workshop. Combat is standard and doesn't diverge much from others within the genre. The game also suffers from minor bugs but that doesn't take away from the experience.
Story: (Didn't really focus on the story)

Overall: I think the game looks nice and it's mechanics are solid but it doesn't do anything unique. Slight changes to the mechanics and the addition of multiplayer can make this stand above others within the genre

Score: 7/10 (Good)
