Well looks like I forgot to post the first week questions, so I'll do so now.

1) What are your initial thoughts on the game?
2) Does the game try to be unique in any way?
3) What did you enjoy from the game so far?
4) What flaws does the game have? Is it also a problem within the genre?

And my answers are.

1) I thought the game would be extremely mundane since most of the games within the genre are very slow.
2) I don't really see anything unique within the game so far, there's alot of stuff from other games, but State of Decay does all of these stuff well.
3) Exploring new areas, and running over hordes with a car.
4) There are certainly flaws within the game, there are a considerable amount of bugs (none of them game breaking), and zombie AI has always been extremely simple so it doesn't bring any challenge.

Curses looks like im gonna be jumping in blind whenever I pick this up.

OK, so I booted up the game today. Got to the church and took a break. The game doesn't look great, but I think it's got it where it counts. I see a lot of potential here. Surveying and raiding is a lot of fun, and the constant threat of death makes it all the more engaging.

The characters and dialogue could use a little work, though
