4. 7th edition of the same game.

Dynasty Warriors 8 plus umpteen 2D fighters would like a word with you

Street fighter IV (Not that edition you are sying). The term "bad" is subjective. But in "my point of view" rehashing makes a bad utterly disgusting.

I guess. My view is more if I liked it and it was good before then more of it is usually a good thing, but i understand the opposite point of view - lots of people would say DW8 is shit because it's fundamentally the same game as DW2 even if it has changed it many, many ways

Out of curiosity which games did you have in mind when you made this point?

Resident evil 4 the definitive edition and street fighter IV new edition.

Hmm, I'd argue HD ports have a good reason to exist, especially to allow people to experience older games - I personally am looking forwards to picking up quite a few different HD collections now I have a PS3, because having never owned a PS2 I missed Shadow of the Collossus, ICO, Zone of the Enders etc. Also hardcore fans like their favourite games to be improved even if only graphically and like it when they become higher profile for a time

As for SFIV, I can see the logic behind this more as there's little that couldn't be added in a patch, so it's essentially a throwback to the days of the arcade when you had to buy each new revision as an arcade owner. That said at least Capcom don't charge full price if you're upgrading from a previous version

I have ICO / SOTC coleltion in ps3. These two are amazing.

Bolded part: Yeah. You are right. I am actually mad at them because of DMC.

But two of my favorite games i played last year was Capcom-games

What are those? Capcom made one of my favorite games of all time (okami). But recently they are going down.

Phoenix Wright Dual Destinies and Dragon's Dogma. Have to say that i was really surprised how good DD was

Just wondering why, is it because you think it's worse than the previous games, or just don't like the new direction? I'm actually playing it right now and enjoying it but I've never played the first 4 (another HD collection I'll probably buy eventually) so can't really make a judgement as to what it's like compared to 1-4

Yup.

Usually consoles won't play bad games. You'll hear the disc spinning but it'll never load up.

Dragon's Dogma = My new favorite game I've ever played. It's an awesome game and it's so different thatn what I'm used to from Capcom.
