I personally think it could be out in Japan in December and here in the west around Feb 2015, This seems to be a common release theme for FF games.

It's gotta come out this year in Japan, what other big titles does SE have coming out in the mean time?

That is my guess because, FFXIV releasing on PS4 in April 4th 2014.

I don't think SE will release 3 Final Fantasy games in one year,  Lightning Returns and XIV is enough. Also they didn't release anything big late 2010.

Didn't they recently say its mostly done or something?  I don't think its gonna need another 2 years.

Lightning Returns was last year in Japan and nobody really cared. Im sure XV would do amazing if it launch this year in Japan. Also XIV was last year everywhere really

Japan in December 2015. We won't see it till 2016. No way we get it next year.

SE always wait untill the userbase gets big enough , always. 2014 it too early.
