The main problem with XBox Live is that it has very little protection for users who don't want to deal with dickheads; I have seen a few articles and news stories about this and I can only imagine that Microsoft dislikes this negative press.

There is no quick fix for this problem, and it is plausable that Microsoft could be forced to rethink the entire XBox Live system in order to adequately solve this problem.

they could release a new version but is a full revision even needed? I think a minor design change to the dashboard would be all thats needed. And some dedicated servers....
