in NA, we are saying the same thing so it is ok

in Europe, the 2 console are egual BUT considering the price of the PS3 and the lake of game (both are fact sorry)it is funny to see that the Xbox360 sales rate is so low ...

in japan, the 2 console are more or less equal (because 5k is not a huge difference)

 Overall, compared to PS3, Xbox360 is not selling very well except in NA

So yes in NA, Microsoft is cool

But I doubt that in Europe and Japan people think "Microsoft is cool"

 and about the "amazing failure rate", I just refer to the many thread about the Xbox360 that are broken (let's say 30% from what I have heard that is big)

I feel sorry for Sony fans on this site sometimes... they get driven away for liking Sony stuff and sticking up for it... it's almost impossible to argue with 3 or 4 people all beating down a megaton portion of your comments... This site is very Wii biased, because reality is Wii biased, and the Nintendo fans love their new found power in fanboy wars.

Anyway... I wish Kwaad, and Kber81 and a few of the other more vocal Sony fans would post big posts more often, I used to enjoy arguing politically with them but some threads (ie; this one) have become ludicrous... NO WAY am I reading some of libellule and Gballzacks posts... i mean, seriously that's like an hour of reading.

PS. I think it's a shoe in for 360 to lose this gen, they're never going to get a broad base, everyone considers the 360 the 'nerds' console like the Dreamcast was.

I m sure that the whole video market is not Wii biased u know.
It is pretty much PS2 biased.
I think Xbox360 can make great thing in the NA market
but in europe or in japan, I doubt that they will be able to have good sales numbers.

I think Sony fans are driven away from sites like this because most of their more outspoken members tend to be abrassive and rude towards others and cause backlash. I also think Sony fans are driven away from sites like this because this site uses facts and sales figures right on the front page. If ioi really wants to keep Sony fans here then maybe he should take down the sales figures on the front page.

I know and I agree but it becomes so boring without them.

If you want entertainment, lurk around PS3forums. Hoooweee, some of those boys are smoking some fine ganja. I go there every now and again for a good chuckle.

It true, and without them much perspective is lost on market. Forum does need them.

Well, as a Sony fan, I'll be sure to interject when I can. ;)

However, I still don't like most Wii/GC and xb/360 games so my point may differ from your own.

I loved Nintendo back in the SNES and a little into the n64 era, but I've grown into (bad choice of words here, maybe adapted? become accustomed to?) to a different type of game. I love the "grandiose" games that the Playstation brand has attracted. The Jack and Daxter, Final Fantasy, dare I say Lair, etc.

Pointing me to a sales chart and saying that a game is better because it sold more is absolutely the wrong thing to do. Different people like different games. Just because my preferred game isn't at the top of the charts doesn't make it any worse for me.
