We don't know that. He could merely know some top level people similar to mort. When you're in that situation and haven't signed any NDAs, you'd feel pretty safe.

Mort doesnt even have access like this.

This was a controlled leak. For sure not to mention ntkernal directly saying cryptic things to CBOAT. Not to mention theres evidence he knew CBOAT had access to the codename for Black Tusks IP and tried to get him to say it to catch him.

I don't know. He said "I'm gonna be pissed if they're not 1080." It's pretty obvious that at least Watch Dogs isn't going to hit that, so I doubt he'd even respond to that question unless he was giving an honest answer.

I don't see how MS can get any profit of this leak.....

The only part that really surprise me is about the new SKU and if is true, i want to see how that thing going to work without turning the XBone into a DRM hell

He probably was giving an honest answer as theres no proof who "he" is. Only that he works at MS.

For Bish to allow a theead like that to live it would have to be someone with direct access. He wouldnt have even let Thuway or Mort go an a straight up spree of info like that.

Whoever ntkrnl is he gave Bish undeniable evidence

Two more quick proofs this guy is from MS or is being directly fed info from TOP LEVEL MS brass

1st there were the Source 2 Leaks / L4D3 leaks which brought heat down on ekim from not only Valve but MS too as they thought he was CBOAT. He says MS was scaring him showing they mean serious business about this.

2nd. There is evidence MS gave out false names for Black Tusks new IP similar to the fake Titanfall info CBOAT reported. During a thread recently people were discussing what was going on with the IP and ntkrnl CLEARLY attempted to get CBOAT to go on record with a name. This was BEFORE anyone knew ntkrnl was inside MS

These types of leaks (if real) do lots and lots of damage. This is all hurting Microsoft and their partners.

Theres no "problem" with a controlled leak. Just some major drama because

 

1. This leak was utterly massive and covered 3 years worth of games

2. The fact it appears ntkrnl was actively pursuing CBOAT

3. CBOAT has dissapeared since the bombs started dropping

This doesnt hurt MS at all. It was strictly 1st party info and GAF which has a tendancy to be somewhat MS negative were yelling how they all want X1 now. 

Notice he purposefully avoided all 3rd party / new IP stuff outside the Platinum game reveal
