Toss up between Ocarina of Time and Paper Mario. It's disappointing that the credit sequences from both series only got more lazy over the years. (Long animated wrap-up bits in OoT and MM to a bunch of repeating floating head bubbles in WW. Then a long parade with tons of physical humor in Paper Mario to a scroll of every character model and a few screenshots in Thousand Year Door.)

Infamous (PS3) and Contra (NES) are great. Both because of the songs. Super Mario 64 and Vanquish were good too.  AC4 was decent.
