I'm trying to play but it says unable to connect to EA servers. What does that mean? Is it EA's fault or is my ps3 or my internet?

If it's just in TF2 where you can't connect to servers, then it might be EA. If you can't even log onto the PSN, then it might you're ISP or PS3 internet settings.
