Please someone ask a moderator to close lhe thread so sales doesn't embarras himself more? The only person agreeing with him that doesn't have the same agenda is Rol, but who knows Rols knows we can't be 100% sure if he is serious or not.

Interesting to know that threads where Xbox fans pose a point of view that isn't immediately squashed by the Sony majority, it deserves to be locked.

By not being squashed you mean stubornely defending a point that just you and other very defensive ms fans have? Then yes. If you mean actually making sense not just stating opinion as fact then no, you have been grasping at straws and I asked to close because it won't go anywhere, it's flaming, point less and you are making a ass out of yourself... Well people that are here long enough wouldn't be surprised, but new members may be.

I'm referring to something different, Rol. Not the gamers' disappointment after Ninty failed to deliver, but the flip flopping. Calling wiiu innovative, insane number of posts about nintendomination, buying Ninty stocks, and praising the tablet and then constantly saying how terrible the tablet is and that there should be a new model without it. Do you think that if sales were at wii levels, people wouldn't be praising Ninty for their innovation? The wii didn't have that many great games at first, but did well because of the motion controls. My point is that the wiiu was embraced by vgchartzers, juts like Sony fans praised several Sony products including the ps3 before they came out. Similarly, both fanbases criticize a product after it is released. No fanbase as a whole is better than the other. Neither fanabase hypes things more than the other.

I don't see how what you are talking about is different from what I was talking about. Product gets revealed, is thought of to be a good idea, product releases and underperforms, then gets criticized or swept under the rug. If the product performs well, all is good naturally.

The starting point of this entire discussion was initial reactions to product reveals. In regards to that, all fanbases aren't equal. Certainly not Sony and Nintendo. Did Sony fans piss on The Last of Us when it was revealed? Because Nintendo fans treated Super Mario 3D World and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze that way. In all three cases, there should be no reason to doubt the developers' ability to deliver a quality product, but the reactions differed.

To add to this, Xbox fans for example are increasingly criticizing Halo games when they are announced. Maybe its because Bungie left but there certainly isn't a universal embracing of Halo games like there used to be.

Destiny is overlooked because bungie betrayed ms, titanfall is goty, ryse is the best hack 'n slash, and other 10 lookalike threads aren't overhipying, they are just stating the truth, any ms exclusive is better than sony before release. After that when sony games get praised is because hating ms is the cool thing, internet is full of pauperstation droids or any other excuse.

isnt "Now" in this context, part of the Name "Playstation Now" just like"one" is part of the new xbox name "xbox one" so wouldnt it be a noun when used in this context?

there is a difference between "I want to play Playstation now" and "I want to play PlaystationNow"

First sign that you are winning an argument is when someone asks for proof that is totally unrealistic to gather, time consuming, and can still be totally refutable.Would you like footnotes and an annotated bibliography?

Look buddy, its called common sense, and it depends on you not living under a internet rock for the past year. Online popularity surveys, the general consencus of the comments section of any X1/PS4 article, whether individual or when pitted against eachother. I don't know what to tell you if you insist on playing the blissfully ignorant card. Cut the BS and lets move forward with the basis that PS fans are numerically superior.

Because frankly, the idea of Xbox and Nintendo fans being more numerous, even as a XBox fan myself, is laughable.

So yuo are talking out of your ass, gotcha. The first sign of losing an argument is having zero proof and using speculation and baseless facts as some kind of argument.

lol. So you do live under a internet rock. Played right into my explanation too.

Destiny is overlooked because we like Halo for Halo, not the developer who made it (though many at 343 were Ex Bungie).

To be fair, Ryse is the best hack and slash......since nothing better is released yet on X1/PS4 :P. I wish I have seen those threads with as much intensity as Sony hype threads. Because for the life of me I never found them. Again, I refer to the intensity of hyping, not hyping in general, which is the point of this thread.

Titanfall Game of the generation....and it's sony fans who over hype games LOL.

With Sony fans, every exclusive is GOTG. Always one-upping us ;)

But joking aside, Titanfall isn't an exclusive, just not on PS4. Soooo really you are talking down on us for hyping up a multiplat, which is actually very progressive of a fanbase to hype a multiplat over a true blue exclusive. Xbox fans are more accepting and inclusive, tis part of our culture :)

The thing is you would have had a choice.  You could choose to go with a PS4 or WiiU instead.

Offering an alternative in other products that undercuts your own? Sounds familiar...

After this long in this site you never entered a Selnor's thread?  He puts about 3 each day hyping a ms game.

and all his threads are goty nominations.

you just said your base doesn''t support halo as strong since bungie left, which is? And you gays threat destiny as garbage now.

like the game and not the dev? How about the dozen new devs ms opened that a lot of fans says will produce great games? Isn't that hyping a dev that never released a game to be great just because it's exclusive? Bungie that developed the best Xbox game in the opinion of userbase is less reliable than 0 games devs, but ex-infinity wards (from the critically despised CoD) are making a goty only possible because of cloud?

and you expect anyone here to take you seriously?
