So my take is Nintendo will profit from the lifted ban in the short term...since they can produce a cheap Wii system and sell them like hot cakes. Since media for the system will be heavily pirated or the system will just be modded. Sony might be able to offer a ps3 but the money is just not there for them due to piracy. I don't really see the Xbox doing well due to Xbox live.
But hey that'd just me
