Can i use original save files, trophies, multiplayer ranks?

It depends of the game.

For now Battlefield 4 and Call of Duty: Ghosts allow you to transfers only the MP progress... single-player is not allowed.

In PSN Sound Shaper allow you to transfer everything (I got platium in few seconds after load the PS3 save in the PS4 game)... Flower for exemple didn't allow that.

For other gamers I don't know.

PS. I can try to make a better list later.

Madden only allows the ultimate team stuff to transfer.

Flow didn't share the tranfer the progress... I will try to check my cross platform games but I think just these I cited have some kind of transfer .

Edit - DC Universe Online uses the same progress for both games too... so you can play using the same profile on PS3 or PS4.
