Microsoft are not releasing this instead of the devkit mode... It existed before the devkit mode. And the devkit mode can only be unlocked if you have an ID@Xbox account.... So no one can use it yet because the program has not launched... Shouldn't be hard to understand.

@ the prof - Every Xbox One will be a dev kit, but it won't be some easy to reach option on the dashboard you need to sign up for ID@Xbox. This is a game that everyone can play, who don't need to be devs to get something tangible and just want to mess around (I.E like Big Planet)

Seriously if you have beef with that you're just causing shit for the sake of it.

Look, I'm sorry for derailing if I did. SPark looks great. It just seemed to be a very interesting coincidence.  You have to admit, this isn't the first time MS has said something that is only half of the story. ANd look, I'm not trying to pick a fight. Maybe I jumped the gun. Again, I apologize. MS said every xb1 will be a devkit. There's a lot in that statement we haven't heard...I'll try to be more patient. Once again, totally apologize.
