Not sure but since 360 already does background dl even in power standby I don't see why the one wouldn't... Maybe not at launch...

Not happy with Power consumption numbers with either console, they're using more power than my PC when all are at idle.
Need a die shrink and soon!

That's yours opinion, well done for stating it like a fact. Nothing about x1's hardware is what I would call "ambitious", it will be outdated in 3-4 years. Software can be updated, hardware not so. Without a good back bone you can't stand up high.
