Smash Bros. Melee. Over 10,000 hours.
Smash Bros 64. Over 1000 hours.
Street Fighter 2 Over 1000 hours for sure but I doubt I played it more than Smash 64.
Metal Gear Solid 2 and Devil May Cry (original). I'm not sure on the hours for these but I beat them well over 200 times.

Note no games from this gen is included. Since I started undergrad I just don't have the time to play as I would like.

Why doesn't Multiplayer count? I've been playing Multi-Player games online since the mid 90's. D:
Otherwise, it would have to be either "Strike Gunner" or "Killer Instinct" on the Super Nintendo, I used to play them almost daily as a kid.
