The Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess (25)

One of the best things I can say about this game is that it feels like the same old Zelda, done to near perfection.  There are plenty of sidequests to keep you busy and the main storyline leads you through just about every type environment imaginable.  The twilight realm was good if not beautiful although the wolf gameplay just wasn't as fun as the rest.  The enemies in this game feel more responsive in this game than before which is a welcome change.  In addition the puzzles in the game seemed to set themselves apart from other games, primarily due to items such as the spinner and double clawshot (I never want a 3D Zelda without this again). The end of this game was my favorite among the Zelda games I have played.

Althought it was not my favorite PW game, the final case was really memorable and it introduced very strong characters like Franzizka Von Karma.

Well, this was a surprise. I picked up this game during the Steam Summer Sale for $10, then proceeded to play the shit out of it for the following couple weeks. Enemy Unknown is an intelligently designed (albiet somewhat imbalanced) strategy game with pits the player against a mounting alien threat. It manages to make most player decisions rather complicated and stressful, and imbues a strong horror atmosphere into every turn-based battle. It's an entirely engrossing strategy game.
