You are. You seem to be hurt or something. It hasn't been announced for the system so no it's not coming to it. It will, when and if it gets announced. That's how things work. For example:
TitanFall will only be coming to PC, Xbox One and Xbox 360. (This is how it's said at the moment)
It's simple english.

There are five plataforms where Diablo 3 is/will be released: PC, MAC, 360, PS3 and 360.
Reaper of Souls is coming to all plataforms? No. Only PC, MAC and PS4. I don't know why but Blizzard didn't announced the expansion to PS360.

You just can't prove it can you? You're repeating the same tired argument over and over. Just admit you've assumed something and that something turned out to be wrong. There is no need for such childish games! (Only and PS4, PC and MAC) is not the same as (it's not coming to Xbone)
He is simply reciting you the announcement Blizzard has made on the matter. There is no need to go looking for things that are not there.
