But it probably will be a PC seller and might be as 'niche' as The Sims.
To those that are tired of waiting, I can understand, but it is a good thing that such games can be made instead of the cookie cutter games that take a predetermined amount of time (+delay) to be made. I would hate to be in an alternate reality where Spore was developed in 1-2 years and rushed out of the door.
Of course there is always the possibility that it will fall way below the hype but given its pedigree (Maxis-Will Wright) gives faith.
