Forums - Sony - Ps4 Midnight Launch?

I was planning on attending the midnight launch but I have clinicals (nursing school) that night so I will have to show up at 10 am when my local best buy reopens. Oh well at least I'll have nearly a week off to veg out on my PS4 between clinical shifts.

I'll be working the midnight release at my Best Buy! Just did my first midnight opening last night for COD too as last year I was newly hired and not ready to ring people out yet. I actually bought my copy of Killzone last night too since it was street dated for 11/05 and I was already there lol.

I will be at the midnight launch, My local EB games just called me and confirmed that I will be picking it up as I was in the first wave of pre-orders :) as after that they are all sold out. Glad I pre-ordered in back in May.

Where'd you get your 3D World preorder? As far as I've asked, my GS isn't doing a midnight release for either of them (tho I'm getting LoZ digitally). 

It is the same day as the XBOX ONE release, so every video games store is open that night.

They told me otherwise, said I'd have to wait till normal opening time.  Tho they also said the policy could change a few days before release.

That's strange. As long as the store is open you should be able to buy whatever you want. 

Found it werid too.  Guess they just don't wanna possibly be overloaded with X1 launch.
