Fire Emblem If faceplates for the New 3DS have been revealed, along with a New 3DS bundle that will include said faceplates plus a 16GB micro SD card. Just another reason to move to Japan.

Urge to punch the NoA staff that came up with the idea of "releasing the n3ds XL only and not the regular n3ds in NA" rising :(

Want to upgrade to the standard n3DS, so this would be perfect! I REALLY hope this gets released in the NA..

I have a theory that they're waiting to release the regular N3DS in the west in order to boost sales once more during the holiday period (and thus they will release many faceplates along with its launch).

As for me, I always would've opted for the XL since my hands are just too big for that small of a device and I prefer having something bigger to grip (that's what she said?).

I hope so! Cause if they release the n3ds in the west, I am sure there will be companies that will make custom faceplates and all you would have to do is just upload ur picture and bam, you will get ur custom faceplate! If that happens, just ho ho ho! My n3ds would certainly represent the true meaning of Life and Hometown if you catch my drift

Yeaa my hands are like medium so it doesn't bother me either ways. The XL has a bigger screen hence why I got a 3ds XL but the n3ds seems to have a bigger screen as opposed to the regular 3ds so its fine for me loll.

Yes faceplates are totally worth moving to Japan for!

My N3DS will be arriving soon, so I'll finally be able play Mario Kart 7, Kid Icarus, Smash Bros., Luigi's Mansion, among many others again, that there is worth the investment!

• Famitsu: The 3DS sales were stable, selling 21k units, while Wii U's jumped a tiny bit to 7k units. The top sellin games were Bravely Second, which debuted this week with 100k units, Girls Mode 3 with 24k units, Assassination Classroom with 7k units, MP10, MK8, Pokemon ORAS and YW2.5 all with 5k units; and SSB3DS with 4k units.
• A bunch of new details, such as the differences between both versions of Fire Emblem If, were talked about during an interview with the developers.
• Nintendo will celebrate the launch of Splatoon in a Mess Fest, on the 15th of May!
