Played some custom 200cc races online worldwide and expectedly got my butt kicked since I mainly play 100cc.

My personal favorite courses in 200cc are Excite Bike, Baby Park, Mute City, and Electrodome. Have yet to play all the courses in 200cc yet including Cheeseland and Animal Crossing. For some reason very few people want to choose the Animal Crossing track but there a lot of Villager drivers, and Cheeseland has never popped up as an option!

My thoughts: The DLC has been fantastic so far. I've had a ton of fun with the tracks, and the only one I don't particularly like is Neo Bowser City. I think my favorites so far are Big Blue (I like this one significantly more than the previous F-Zero track), Wild Woods (just gorgeous), Baby Park (classic) and Animal Crossing (my new main is Villager, and this one is seasonal, so it's perfect). I also love Super Bell Superway; I have an affinity for realistic Mario Kart tracks along the lines of Coconut Mall and Sunshine Airport.

As for 200cc, I've only played one cup with it but it was intense. Way faster than 150cc. I don't know how I'm going to do more difficult tracks with it, lmao. Also, getting 3 stars in this mode will be a pain, I can already feel it.

Overall, I like this DLC pack more than the first. Which is surprising to me because I like Zelda more than Animal Crossing. It really seems like the developers have fully realized the game's potential and are just going all out at this point, which is great! Hopefully we see more content in the future.

I like it more than I thought I would. The rain effect is nice.

Maybe i'm reading to much into it... and things might be a lot different in other months, but Nintendo managed to have it's most known character/franchise in there for the first time... only now.

When i look at it, i see more franchises associated with MS and Sony's consoles, then those associated with Nintendo's consoles.
If this is business as usual, i don't see this as a healthy sign.

I'd say that is more due to the fact that many popular Nintendo franchises are copyright and get pulled down from YouTube..

But doesn't the Nintendo program help solve that problem?

Sort of, but not really since there are still Nintendo games that are prohibited and users in the program can only have Nintendo content... meaning that many users would be hesitant to join..

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]

Nintendo news of 23/04/2015: Mario Kart 8's new update and DLC Pack 2 released today!

  •  Nintendo will have a "video showcasing" for Xenoblade Chronicles X tomorrow at 2PM ET/11AM PT, followed by a Treehouse presentation!
  • Take a look at a few crazy moves you can pull off with Mewtwo glitches in Sm4sh!
  • UCraft, the Minecraft clone for Wii U, is releasing later this year!
  • Nintendo UK PR said that Amiibo have been way above their expectations.
  • Splatoon's producer was interviewed by USGamer.

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

Sounds like the MK8 DLC tracks are pretty interesting. I hope to get a chance to play them tomorrow

Do we consider mountain time "most regions" these days?

Lol, I forgot to add the word 'around', since I meant 'around' noon, or more precisely, 'in the afternoon' for most regions.. but I guess 6/7pm isn't really around noon either for Europe... :/

Regardless, 11am Pacfic / 2pm Eastern / 6pm Greenwich isn't a time where people need to wake up early to see... :P
