Awesome! Sense you already have the controller is it a lot heavier then the DS3? Clearly it looks much bulkier then it I hope they added a little bit of wheight to it. 

I don't know how to explain it but while not overall heavier I think it has more even weight.  It feels more SOLID for sure.  The textured back is really nice and the touchpad click is really nice.  Everything just feels really tight like the the triggers and sticks just spring better.  I got it today from Gamestop to try out and will be playing some LoU tomorrow with it for full impressions on it, but just feeling it has me hyped to play some PS4 is under 3 WEEKS!

Intresting, it seems like something that has to be tryed out to fully understand the improvments of the controller. All the reviews have been postive for it and from what your telling me it sounds like a good imporvment so im sure it will be awesome! 

ah yes and the sticks are smaller in circumference and shorter from the controller than the DS3 but trust me they feel great.

Is it cause im used to it but I like the ds3's sticks better. They are much looser and i dislike the concavity. The ds4 does feel much better however and the buttons and shoulder triggers are much improved.
