Well its technically a full game rather than just a DLC and it is technically new... Not really a brand new street fighter game like how it was going from Street Fighter III to IV but another itteration of Street Fighter IV like how there was Street Fighter, Super Street Fighter, Super Street Fighter Turbo, etc... 

My point being, those are gonna launch on the ps3/360/pc but not on a Nintendo platform

no its not technically a full game at all. You CAN get it as DLC if you already have Super Street Fighter 4, just like Arcade Edition some years back. If you dont you can buy the disc, no different than buying a game of the year addition of Batman, Fallout or whatever with all the DLC on it.

My point was they are not going to go all out for what is essentially glorified DLC.

I do think they are being run by a monkey though. They seem to make some really stupid decisions in the past few years. They lied to Wii owners but promising better support if they bought RE4 remake. Nintendo gamers bought it and were rewarded with on rails shooters and more remakes.
They cancel Megaman. Refuse to make a new Okami on consoles. So many things they have done wrong. I don't know who is advising them but they are leading them down the path to bankruptcy

Yes, they gave MonHun to Nintendo and now Dead Rising to Xbone.

They port both SFxTekken and UMVC3 to Vita, both universally hated games which sold poorly even on PS360 due to Capcom's own fault (pissing off fanbase with DLC-on disc and new version with no option to upgrade again after SFIV). Then blame Vita for low sales and don't port stuff to it again. Sounds like EA with WiiU.

Then they troll Vita owners announcing MonHun Frontier Online. haha. fuckyou.

Deep Down won't shut us up, Capcom. Stop hating on Sony and give us all the gamez.
