Microsoft has confirmed that up to eight users can join an Xbox One party chat at once, thesame figure as Sony disclosed earlier this week for the PlayStation 4.
"At launch, up to eight people will be able to join a Party Chat at a time on Xbox One," a Microsoft representative told Game Informer.
Xbox 360 party chat currently supports up to eight users at once.
