Tales of Symphonia Chronicles is an upcoming compilation of two HD remakes: Tales of Symphonia and its sequel, Dawn of the New World. At New York Comic Con, Namco Bandai announced a special edition for the upcoming PS3 exclusive.
Due next year, the special edition is largely similar to the one released in Japan. In addition to the game, the box set will include a book and four miniature figurines. Unlike the Japanese version, the US version will also include the soundtrack--something bound to make Japanese fans jealous.
There's no price yet, but we're hopeful it will be less than this eBay listing for the Japanese special edition.

Namco Bandai has revealed the contents of the Tales of Symphonia Chronicles Collector's Edition, which was confirmed at NYCC earlier this weekend. The release will be priced at $99.95, and will include the following:
- Five exclusive Chibi Kyun Chara figurines from Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World
- Paperback novel set between the two games
- Multi-disc soundtrack
- Special collector’s packaging featuring artwork from Japanese animation studio Ufotable.
Only 15,000 copies of this Collector's Edition will be available.
