You can just use your phone instead of going to the ATM. Put on passive mode, go into the Internet, go to the money link, then to the bank link. You can both deposit and withdraw. Here is a link encase you need to see it: http://youtu.be/WOSnV2vnFd0
It has made the game a little better to me doing this. Now if they can fix the other problems I am having online (patches have done nothing for me) I can really start to enjoy this mode.
