XIII-2. That story didn't make sense at all. The best thing that come from this was Noel Kreiss.

X was the start of the series going downhill. Although XII brought up some aspects back...
X was a corridor, had no traditional overworld map, no airship roaming and exploration, Chocobos were almost useless...
Yeah, it had a nice love story, and a great setting, but it was filled with forgettable secondary villains and subplots. Seymour and Yunalesca... Urg.
To Zanarkand is still one of Uematsu's best tracks though.

Hmm, pie.
FFII, followed by FFVIII. There was nothing redeeming about II; at least VIII had the Triple Triad game and one, if not, the best FF soundtrack. But yeah, those two games are at the bottom for me for the main series.

I don't remember the voice acting. But that's not something that really makes an impression on me unless it's really really bad, so I guess it must have been decent at least, lol.
