I use a tonseler for everything above and around the goods and a razor for anything dangling. I still get occasional small cuts from the tonseler though.

I don't shave off everything, some women enjoy caressing hair (either my chesthair, or below the waistline)

I don't get itchy even if I ignore the shave for a week. But it does sometimes get agitated then. Still, with a lose dating life and GF's I'm always motivated to shave regulary.
