Isn't PS4 launching in 2014 in Japan? That would most likely be why there's more focus on PS3 this year, as this is the stuff that will be out for the holidays.

No official release date for PS4 in Japan yet as far as I'm aware.  I'd expect them to say something at TGS.  


There's a conference on the 9th of this month where they're supposedly announcing the date.
