OT: I have to say that Microsoft has a really enticing console and they seem to be making it better as the release date nears. There are so many great looking games that they've announced (Forza 5, Halo, DR3, Project Spark, Quantum Break, Below, Fable Legends, Garden Warfare, Ryse, Sunset Overdrive, and Zoo Tycoon as well as plenty of third party support).

One of the best things about the X1 IMO is the whole instant switching thing. And the controller looks amazing as well. All in all, I can't wait until it comes out!

I swear to god, earlier today I was trying to craft a rough draft in my head about totally taking the high road and ignoring all of this BS that I wanted to send to all of the Xbox fans on here. There are some really good posters who are smart as shit and make excellent points but I feel like it's a waste sometimes because of how it fuels more BS. I know it's hard but I think that if we got the hive mind going on this, it would be better. I'm talking completely ignoring the obvious crap like whatshisface was pulling here before he got banned. 

 

So in short, my fellow Xbots, can we PLEASE try to rise above the common element. Try acting like their posts aren't even there, I honestly think if we go Ghandi on these fools we can start a VGC movement. Is anyone else down for this?

 

Also, thanks for the good vibe thread Carl, props to you sir.

Definitely, we need to create a blacklist of users that should just not be entertained. Better yet, get WoW back to make a working ignore button!

It is so sad I cannot get the XB1 in 2013 because it will be not available here in Holland. Fuck you, MS. Just deliver the good games and I will buy all of them together with console in one time purchase. My budget will be around 800Euro.

Forza looks amazing, zoo tycoon looks fun, and the next kinect adventure games seems quite enjoyable. And that controller is sexy.

Launch consoles are always overpriced, even $399 is too rich for the general public. I am interested in what xbox is doing though, MS is definitely trying to do something out of the ordinary with it.

I would love an ignore list for google chrome. I've actually been mulling over making a thread about better posting habits and whatnot...just been to lazy to go make it though

Well we have four in our gang, spread the word people we need some heavy hitters like J_Allard and Nsanity to join us. 

 

Seece, I'm thinking you have the skills to mock up a flyer to join the movement and send it out to whomever you see fit.



I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

Whatever happened to that Gaming Loyalty Free Movement thread/thing?

I know it'd never happen but I would love to see a shaming/wall of shame thread which called people out and one that praised members for not causing trouble in any capacity.

I wouldn't use an ignore button on a lot of people but for the relentless trolls and fanboys, well nobody wants to deal with that shit.

Surely Wright or Jay would be more apt given they're the leaders around here :P I'm just an old vet!

I have to say since coming back the Xbox Userbase is bigger and better than anytime I can remember it before, I'm really impressed.

Actually outside of a few members (in each "team") I think it's gotten better around here.

It's kind of funny that the xbox fans NEED a rah rah kind of thread to keep them from what would presumably be a negative viewpoint. Nintendo and Sony fans dont need this at all but the xbox fans do. Why is this?
