Steampunk, Victorian Era, Werewolves, Destruction.... It's already NOT "just your typical third person shooter".

Dont look now..... But The Order 1886 is one of the few games revealed so far which has been developed exclusively for Next-gen.

 

Even games like Killzone, Titanfall, and Ryse, were originally PS3 or 360 games.

Vampires would be cool too. 

Sounds like we need a next gen sequel to Vampire the Masquerade:Bloodlines that way we get both Vampires and Werewolves.

I'm curious about that too.  I've never heard anything about that.

This is one of the few PS4/XB1 games I find interesting, I'll be keeping an eye on this.

I expect 1 of two things will happen.

1) It will leverage its interesting setting and idea with cool and interesting gameplay and story and will be a nice little original game that I will probably like (and will sell like shit)

or

2) It will another 3rd person shooter, maybe openworldish, Online Multiplayer focused game that downplays its interesting concept to try to catch the same lightning as some other game (maybe a Mass Effect or Assassins Creed or COD clone) which I will be dissapointed with and not play (but it will probably sell decently but not set the world on fire because its a new IP)
