Due to "War Paint" being present in the title, I assume you are aiming this at both Sony and the PS4 to generate debate... So what the hell, I'll bite the hook.

While it's a decent list, the majority of the list is multi-platform, and those which are exclusive games I wouldn't necessarily call "Bombshell" games by any means. Most of these games are expected, nothing really new or innovative on Microsofts front. Now I will say I am personally interested in Project Spark, but I'll be getting it for PC, and while you may say that "It's still exclusive to the Xbox platform, so it doesn't matter!" Well, it does, and here is why: While true, it may be console exclusive to the Xbox One, it's simple availability on the PC, for those who already have PC's capable of playing the game, detract from the incentive of buying an Xbox One for such titles as they already have a machine capable of playing the game and could save the money. This is true of any games that Microsoft are touting as "Exclusives" that are also coming out on the PC.

And now on to the Sony games front... I've seen people complaining that their games list for the PS4 may be particularly lackluster compared to the Xbox One. However, lets look at the facts, we don't know what many of the games being developed by Sony's top studios are, as they haven't been announced yet, HOWEVER, we do know that such games are in development. The PS4 will have approximately 20 exclusives in it's first year alone, with 12 being entirely new IP's. These are both exciting numbers, and people need to stop forgetting them so easily... Sony likes to take its time, it's clear that they have their shit together this gen with the PS4 launch, and they are doing everything little by little. We'll likely see at least a few new titles announced tomorrow, or a bunch, who knows, it's hard to tell, but we'll know soon enough. And if anyone cares to take a bet, I will no doubt bank on Sony having the more successful Gamescom, showing more new games over Microsoft. Expect big things people, there's probably a reason Sony is streaming their conference and Microsoft isn't! ;)

Did the (politically incorrect) red Indian and ULTRAAAAAA COMBOOOOOO not make it clear enough?

Also don't take the bait guys....

Killer Instinct and Project Spark will both be free-to-play digital downloads available on the day Xbox One launches this year but with a catch. You'll have to pay to get the full experience.

While Project Spark will offer DLC to expand your creations at some point, Killer Instinct, in a way, requires it from the off. Coming from IGN, the starting roster contains a single playable character - Jago - whereas the rest are available if you're willing to use your actual, real-life cash.

The Xbox One will be released 21 November this year at £429.

Isn't this what games are about anyway nowadays?

I assumed they meant free dlc if you paid for the game. :( Wishful thinking?

Because people will call names :(

This isn't the right thread for it.

Man that is an incredible list of games. There are more games there that I want then I wanted in total for the 360's first 3 years of being on the market.

Anyone else excited for POWERSTAR GOLF?

The lineup next year is just insane, thief, the witcher, elder scrolls online, the crew. Next gem gaming is going to be amazing.

I'm pretty sure that DLC for Project Spark is free, as the guy that wrote the article is trying to make it seem like Killer Instinct is a free-to-play game.

If you download w/o paying, it it's gonna be a generous demo. If you want the full game, buy it for $60 like any other game. I don't think this source is trusthworthy.
