Apparently he is going to be head of PC gaming at MS.
First order of business. Kill Games for Windows Live. Every time I think it's dead a new game comes out that uses it.

well loking at hw the windows ecosystem is using the XBox brand for other media like music... I wouldn't be surprised to see it be used for games too might get confusing but XBox games for PC why not... then again they could just keep the Game for windows live name and do a complete overhaul of it
