If you want to embed a video, all you have to do is look for the video button above where you write the post.
You see all those icons around the bold (B), italic (I), & underline (U) buttons?

If you move your mouse cursor above this video button it'll say 'Insert / edit embedded media'.
Click that button that looks sort of a turquoise-colored film reel & then you'll see the Embed window pop-up.
You'll see the headings 'Type' & 'File/URL' in this pop-up's General tab.
Just copy & paste the address link to the YouTube video you want to paste in the 'File/URL' section & you're good.

You could also click the 'HTML' button & place the code that JoeTheBro told you about.
But this way is simpler.

Yeah, VGChartz's posting system is a little convoluted & difficult but with practice it'll become easier.
That 'HTML' button helps me out A LOT!

P.S.: If you want to start another line but not make it another paragraph, hold Shift when you tap Enter. Took me a long time to figure out that one.

HTML button also doesnt seem to be displaying anything

The bottom right button embeds videos.

HTML button opens a new window.
