I am deeply torn. On the one hand, $500 for two consoles is a VERY good deal. On the other, I *never* buy freshly released consoles.

What to do?

I guess I would need to see a review of remote play before I make up my mind. I know it would be good, but would it be usuable to ME? That's another question entirely.

Would rather spend the extra on games, I'd never use the vita.

$500 does seem a push really, 

RRP PS4 $400 Vita $250- $150 Loss for Sony
At retail PS4 $400 Vita $179- $79 Loss for Sony
Margins $30 PS4 $50 Vita= $1 profit for this bundle, do it Sony!!

Yes I beleive its posssible, and it will mean sony will outsell both XBOXONE/WIIU and 3DS.

i will if its 500... its a great deal... i have lots of games for vita ( PS+ IGC) and the remote play for all PS4 games is that feat that begs for a team up...

Surely I wouldn't buy it at its high launch price, but later in the 8th gen, when PS4 price will be $250 or lower, and PSV $150 or lower, the bundle should drop quite below the sum ot these future prices of theirs, so under $400. Then it will be a strong temptation also for PC gamers like me.

I hadn't planned to get the PS4 until sometime in 2014, but this package makes it hard to wait. I almost picked up a Vita just 2 days ago and decided to wait and see how well the interaction was with the PS4.

already got a vita so I won't buy it.
But sony is not going do this bundle unless they find something about the people selling their vitas on ebay and stuff.

I already pre-orded and paid off my PS4 fully, so I won't be getting this bundle is it's true.

for a 100 bucks more I get a Vita and probably a free game or 2?....Sign Me up...Ill take a Vita over Kinect 2.0
