I think that a price cut on both systems will cause them to perform a little better. Vita has two issues the price of the console needs to match the 3ds XL at $199 and come bundled with a game and 1 month trial of PS Plus. The Wii U needs to be $250 and come bundled with a mario game like in the old days. I know these scenarios probably won't happen but they are really good strategies to boost the install base. There needs to be a bundle of the PS4 and PSVita eventually. I think then you will see more 3rd party developers get involved.
