Not sure how and which law would apply here. He is refusing to incriminate himself by allowing access to his computer.
First he told the police that he would need to punch in the password himself.
then later, changed his mind and said that he doesn't remember what his password was.
Couldn't the police just find someone to crack it open? or is that illegal?
Wonder what is in his Mac. must be cool to be able to use your laptop to do more than just search the web.
