Both are pathetic and only spread fanwar propaganda.

We can act luike they dont but as Ironman said, its very clear they both have an agenda

It'd be amazing if all of that GPU stuff was true but I have a hard time believing it. With all of the flak they've caught with the resolution/FPS stuff since launch, I would've thought they'd say something before it tarnished the reputation of the console.

Plus I'd be worried about how to average consumer would react to that news. Would they be happy that their brand new console will be getting more and more powerful as the years go on or would they just be mad that the current games aren't running as well as the other console? Personally, I'd be happy to hear that the XB1 is going to get more powerful but I can also see why it might upset people that want that power to be used now.

Lol misterx is such a joke. It still baffles me that anyone believes what comes out of his site.

lol joe you always go after this guy is hes ideas really that farfetched?

My only issue with it is that when the other tech sites do their breakdowns how do you miss 6 teraflops of performance -_-

Where the cooling to support that processing power? The voltage? The cpu to match it? Etc.

These are the troll/fanboy pictures just on his front page:

Yeah he's a joke.

This shit stupid and funny as fuck at the same time

Lol those pics are pretty funny.

@Jaywood... Played all the spinoffs, all the main series entries, and think Pokemon IMO... is the greatest series of all time. So you can call me a fan xD

And I'm doing the same thing. Already played Y, will play X hopefully very VERY soon. And yes, you should do it!

The N4G one seemed pretty accurate xD

Fanboyism is strong

I agree haha

And yeah i am, but on my 2nd play through i always breed my team for the very beginning from level 1.  So im breeding atm before i restart.  I wanted to do a level 1 uxie but since that isnt possible it looks like I might go with this team

Jellicent
Espeon
Mawile
Rotom-W
Dragonite
Lucario

Though i havent decided yet or not.  I just hate breeding for specific natures -_-

Hmmm the second gpu rumours on X1...interesting.

But why wait to release its power? Isnt that a bit of a shrewd move? To purposefully hold back power for years...? Id be pissed.

Also, why arent the other tech sites saying anything about this :? If its going to add any significant processing power to the system then it needs to have some physical presence, especially if you looking at 3 - 4 times the power of the PS4...that would put it at about 6 teraflops 0_0

Thats gtx780 levels!! Why not just release at full power from release and kill your competition :?

Yeah, if it was true, and I doubt it is, it'd probably be 2x the power at most, don't see how they could put in an SoC with 3-4x and not be selling the console at a massive loss, just look at the price of GPU's with that much power. I think the 3-4x he was referring to included cloud processing, according to the theory the internet infrastructure will be good enough in 5 years, when Microsoft plans to fully enable the hidden hardware, for cloud processing to work for most people.

As for why tech sites haven't found it yet, supposedly they're using a method called 3D stacking where you add on another layer of silicon on top of the first, it's not actually 2 chipsets, it's one large highly compressed chipset. I remember tech sites did question why the X1's SoC was so much larger than the PS4's, I guess stacking could technically explain why it was so large, but there are other explanations for the large size as well.

As for why they'd not just open it all up at once, I can think of a few reasons, they want developers to learn tricks for eeking more performance out of each hardware+software iteration allowing those tricks to carry on throughout the generation; they want to be able to open the whole thing up just as Sony releases the PS5 so that they'll have a cheaper console with about as much power with a bigger marketshare to start the generation with.

The whole thing is pretty far fetched, but you've got to admit it would be amazing if it was true. I can see why some Xbox fans are letting wishful thinking get the better of them and believing the theory.

2x the power is still about 4 tflps! Thats up there with the best gpus. And for that performance they should still be at a loss.

The thing is other tech sites havent even alluded to it. Zero mention.Anandtech's write up said absolutely nothing about stacked hardware not even the possibility of it. Misterx media claims to have proof (if you go to his website hes uses pictures etc.) that means that he knows more than all those tech sites :/

And i really dont know much about stacked hardware but what about power, heat and cooling? X1 doesnt have anything special in that regard. If stacking is so amazing to bypass all the usual requirements and limitations why hasnt AMD, Nvida, Intel jumped on it yet?

And finally i still dont see how witholding the power benefits MS. Devs will learn to optimise regardless of the power of the system. And as for PS5 ? Why worry about the PS5 when you can kill off the PS brand in the current gen? Seriously if the X1 had that much power for that price it would be a technical marvel. PC gamers would buy it. hardcore gamers would buy it. Casuals would buy it. Everyone will switch over to X1 immediately. There will be no comeback for Sony.

As of right now though X1 is as likely to have stacked hardware as the PS4 or WiiU.

Not going to lie, I've been getting absolutely wrecked on in Titanfall tonight to the point where I'm not having any fun and getting frustrated x_x

I was hoping this wouldn't happen. Oh well, it's the curse of all MP games I guess >_
