They probably do need another female character for the starting lineup so that probably would make the most sense.

to go back on smartglass... the difference between that and dev solution... is the same as dev servers or dev voice recognition... for MS it is already there... dev just have to chose to take advantage of the API and all those being way less inconvenient and time consuming than choosing to do something more by themselves...

so yeah you might see big studio use it... but the advantage here is once again that it exist out of the box.... any dev can choose to use it... the small indie in his living room with an XB dev kit to the big dogs at EA or Ubi...

in madden for example you could use smartglass on a tablet as real play book that would be cool... actually for any sports game to have the tactics and team layout and player shape live on smartglass would be awesome...
