Well, Phil said that it would be game centric like last years. So it should pretty much be back to back trailers and announcements with very little talking in between. And he said that they couldn't fit everything they had to show into the 90 minute press conference, so they're be announcing stuff throughout the week.
As for the 90 minute show itself, they definitely need to show AAA stuff. And they need to show some Kinect stuff, because there are quite a few people that see the Kinect as a $100-$150 paperweight, and Microsoft needs to prove to them that the Kinect is worth the added cost, but on the other hand, they can't show too much Kinect stuff because they've been criticized for that in the past. And since they're limited to 90 minutes, they should probably do an indie montage instead of showing each indie, and then give proper demos or trailers for those indies later in the week. And they probably need to devote at least 10 minutes to Xbox TV.

I just hope they don't have some singer there... no Bieber, or Usher, Miley...
I understand that they need to show some casual stuff, but I hope they just fire off trailer/demo, after demo. Hopefully we get some new stuff as well. I fully expect Quantum Break, Overdrive, Halo, and a few others. Maybe Gear will show something, as well as maybe a new game from Rare. I'm trying to keep expectations in check though.
