Microsoft confirmed that they would not prevent people from importing

I know people will ask "what about digital games?",i think people can go ask MS for first party games, any 3rd parties for 3rd party games(since MS is not the one control all 3rd party games will be ip locked of not)

For Xbox Live-come on,it's not like MS suddenly forget Xbox One need online once before it can works, worst case should be you need create or change your region to like US,UK etc before the console release in your country

Hmm, didnt even occur to me that you could do that to be honest.  That is great news though :)

Former Head of Steam Joins Microsoft, Jason Holtman

by William D'Angelo, posted 1 hour ago / 469 Views

Jason Holtman, who was Valve's former head of Steam, has been hired by Microsoft, according to GamesIndustry International. He ran Steam for eight before leaving in February of this year. At Microsoft he will focus on the PC gaming and entertainment strategy.

"Yes, I have joined Microsoft where I will be focusing on making Windows a great platform for gaming and interactive entertainment," said Holtman. "I think there is a lot of opportunity for Microsoft to deliver the games and entertainment customers want and to work with developers to make that happen, so I'm excited to be here."

Microsoft has shifted away from gaming on the PC and has been focusing on the console market. However, with the hiring of Holtman it could be a sign that Microsoft will invest more in the PC market.

New Witcher 3 Trailer

I still need to sit down and play through The Witcher games. I recommend the novels to anyone, though. Great pieces worth reading over and over. Probably one of my favourite sagas.

tell me about it.... I have bought every major RPG this gen and haven't been able to finished one.... elder scrolls , fallout 3, dragon age,  and all those JRPGs.... I don't have the hours to play those games any more... or when I actually try I end up putting down the game for so long that it is almost impossible to get back into it a couple months later because I'm completely lost in the story and the character building if not even the gameplay lol :D
