Also what's this about that Ellop guy being in charge off Xbox Division? Lol, Phil needs a upgrade so that HE becomes in charge of the Xbox Division =P

Ellop was announced to be head of the division a while ago.  Nothing really changes, they want him to be involved with phones and tablets (Nokia).  The Xbox Division wont be changing as MSFT already said that Xbox is an important part of their future.  Xbox division will practically be the same as it is now.

EDIT: There you go, Sadya supports Xbox.

What MS says is not set in stone. They said a lot of things recently and changed their minds, that's their perogative. That's business.

According to a report from The Verge, "Stephen Elop will still rejoin Microsoft shortly to lead an expanded devices team focused on Surface, Windows Phones, and Xbox."

This has me thinking, "Why put the man that clearly stated he wanted to get rid of xbox, in charge of it?" If you can't see the conflict here then...

However, I do believe and hope they keep the division.

According to reports Nadella is not a risk taker and rather steady.

This is the lancer i was talking about.  Made by Triforce. $2000 now.  They made other gears weapons as well like the snub pistol and if im remembering correctling the longshot.

EDIT:  Check their website. T hey make some cool gaming stuff.  mass Effect and gears are both on the list as well as others. http://www.projecttriforce.com/index.php?p=catalog&parent=3&pg=1

Oh i understand the conflict but im not really worried about it.  CEO likes Xbox, Phil Spencer seems happy and says Ellop is great and he isnt worried. MSFT says XBox is important.  All is good, but if people want to worry about it i can understand that.  I just wont be taking place in it :D

Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes 4 hours Long

http://www.gameinformer.com/b/news/archive/2014/02/04/march-cover-revealed-2014-3151321.aspx

"We had four hours of exclusive hands-on time with Ground Zeroes, which we used to play through the main mission and experiment with extra modes."

^^^ Kind of upsetting but ill still be buying MGS:GZ

So, our fears confirmed. Ground Zeroes is nothing but the "intro" of the game, much like the Tanker sequence from Metal Gear Solid 2, but they had the balls to remove it from the original game and release it standalone.

I wouldn't be surprised if The Phantom Pain has it included.
