My favorite two Halo tracks (discluding the main Halo theme and guest tracks) are:

Perilous Journey from Halo:CE. I love it, just a great song for exploring a Halo for the first time.

Never Forget (Midnight Version) from Halo 4. Best version of Never Forget in my opinion, gives me hope for Halo 5's soundtrack since Kazuma Jinnouchi remixed it.

I beliebe you have good ears. H4 OST was simply great.

Arrival, Immortal, 117, To Galaxy, Green and Blue, Never Forget are just nuts.

Holy fuck Tiago, balls up and play some thrilling/horror games. You're missing out great gems because you're a chicken!

Think of poor Sebastian. He's waiting for you to play his game!

Laura is easily one of the most evil things about that game. Actually killing her is pretty damn hard. And seriously, growing a pair will let you in on some of the greatest games ever created.

Noone had Just Cause to vote against Mass Effect.

I agree, Halo 4's soundtrack was really quite good. If it had been the soundtrack for any other game it could have been a soundtrack of the year contender in 2012, but because it was very different from Marty's music and didn't have that characteristic Halo sound, the soundtrack wasn't as well recieved as it should have been.

Awakening, Faithless, Arrival, Immaterial. and To Galaxy can stand toe to toe with some of Marty's best if you think of them objectively instead of as Halo songs imo.

What about the soundtrack 117?

I honestly can't wait for H5: Guardian's soundtrack. They never disappoint me.

Phil Spencer:  "We Haven't Announced Hololens as Xbox Accessory." "Standalone Device"

The Xbox division boss commented that while an Xbox One/HoloLens union could happen somewhere down the line, the real aim was to make the device a viable piece of tech in its own right. “The tethered scenarios around VR I think are interesting, but we were going for something different. Not being tethered to either a PC, Xbox or a phone as part of the solution was one of our design challenges for HoloLens, and we did that.”

“Well, we haven’t announced it as an Xbox accessory, but it sits within one team, and we have the conversations,” said Spencer in a recent interview with Edge. “Right now, we want to focus on a standalone, untethered device and make sure that we can prove out that scenario.”

Spencer added that should HoloLens come to Xbox, developers will definitely see the benefits of using the VR tech in certain scenarios. “Now we can say, ‘Well, OK, if I do have an Xbox or a PC, what are those scenarios?’ We haven’t publicly talked about what those are, but you can imagine, as we continue to drive and get success with HoloLens, those scenarios will become obvious and developers will take advantage of them.”

I always saw Hololens as a stand alone product that can work in pair with other devices as soon as they said it was a full PC with other tech. Contrary to Kinect it doesn't require you to plug it to another device to work like every peripheral devices work. If I remember correctly, they even mentioned Occulus to be supported by Xbox One down the line so it's pretty clear they are not making Hololens solely for X1.

Rare Will Reveal New Project at E3 - Not Kinect Game

Woodroffe was responding to news that Banjo-Kazooie inspired project Yooka-Laylee by former Rare developers was successfully funded on Kickstarter last week when he said "E3 Will tell the world what Gregg Mayles new project is about."

Mayles previously worked on Rare's Donkey Kong Country games as well as Viva Pinata. When a fan suggested that it might be another 3D platformer, Woodroffe said that the company is more about new things, and also indicated that it isn't Kinect game. Woodroffe also quoted Mayles, saying "This is more fun than anything we've ever done."

This isn't the first sign we've seen that Rare is ready to talk about a new project. In January, composer Robin Beanland, who has worked at the company for more than 20 years, said that 2015 would be a "huge" year for the UK studio.
