This is what i like seeing, smart and logical speculation.  THat does make perfect sense actually.  THough when i hear first party, i also assume he means first party ip (second party dev). My guess is a new studio reveal is on the horizon as well.  Then you have Gears 4 and Halo 5 Campaign which is inevitable.  Crackdown and Scalebound could possibly be there as well along with a couple new ip which im guessing one is from Rare. I do think there is some old Rare IP in the works, but i believe Rare is working on a new IP as well.  And their old ip may also come from a second party though we know rare is working on multiple projects too

And yeah you kept emphasizing on 2016 is big, so i hope more people start paying attention when you say something because you have more knowledge on the subject than pretty much anybody in here

Yeah Microsoft has a different definition to first and third party than most of us. First party to them is every game they help with and publish, second party they only publish and third party they don't publish. So things like Sunset Overdrive, Ryse, Dead Rising 3 etc are all first party titles to them where some of us would say third party. Also good ( ;) ) speculation about Rare :P

New IP talk makes me really happy.
Only two months...

I absolutely love HuntTheTruth.
One of the best things 343 has ever done.
Having such a powerfully told story just through recordings nearly 6 months away from the game's release gives me a ton of hope for the story of Halo 5.

It's because of the little heart symbol thing. It opens up a html code or something so anything posted after it won't show up. One of those VGC things

Lol...hmm, well, might as well change that heart symbol, I guess.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Down with exclusivity! etc, etc.
I'm just sick of having what is basically a standardised format for games, arbitrarily split into three waring factions. It's not for the consumer's benefit. Once upon a time it maybe have been necessary, but not now.

Exclusives are the reason I buy other consoles.

Timed exclusives, I can undestand...

Competition keeps things interesting and to its full potential

Are you talking about first party exclusives?

Or third-party stuff?

Because first party exclusives will never go away so long as there are different console manufactueres in place with their own respective platforms for distribution...unless the big three jus get together and form one console for everything.  But, that'll never happen, unfortunately.

Better watch out chief, Lock is a badass
