Knight Enchanter as well. I was comepleting almost all of the content in the game though as I went. I've done everything except for a few of the tile collectibles now, plus 1 bottle of wine that I missed somehow. Plus I used the tactical camera a good bit during the earlier levels since the game is harder then, and tactical camera makes the combat alot slower. 

I believe there's only 1 missable achievement. There's a decision in the 2nd to last story mission, and you have to pick a certain choice to get the achievement. I missed that one so I have to reload an earlier save to go unlock it tomorrow. 

There are also 2 achivements that glitch for alot of people, both of them glitched for me. 1 is the Belle of the Ball achievement, where you have to get 100 approval during the party, so make sure you create an extra save before that mission just in case it glitches. The other is the achievement for killing 10 high dragons, there are only 10 in the game, so if your achievement counter doesn't count one of the dragons that you kill there's no way to get the achivement, unless you create an extra save before you fight one of the dragons, you can fight the same dragon multiple times to get any extra dragons you need for the achievement. 

I'm going to be playing Witcher 2 next, alot of missables in it apparently. Plus you have to play the game twice to get 1000 GS. I think I might just do 1 playthrough and get however much GS I can, I still have alot of games I want to play before Witcher 3 releases, so I don't want to take forever beating Witcher 2.
