I think Xbox One and PS4 are both pretty much online only. When you think about it that is. Look forward to some Crackdown news though. Wasn't a huge fan of the original, but it did have potential :)

Nope. It depends on you. I havent gotten PS+ because I dont see value in it (yet). My PS4 is always offline. It helped me to avoid slowdowns of AC Unity for being offline.
